Keith is a 2007 & 2012 graduate of Texas Tech with a B.S. in HDFS and an M.S. in Ag. Communications. He is a proud alumni of the Goin'Band From Raiderland and currently serves on the HDFS Advisory Board in the College of Human Sciences. Keith founded the Dinger Derby podcast after the 2018 Texas Tech Baseball season after keeping up with national college baseball media didn't fulfill his hunger for more information and coverage of the Red Raiders. Dinger Derby is the only podcast devoted solely to Tech Baseball and it now calls Red Raider Dugout home. In his day job, Keith is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Frenship ISD and serves as the radio voice for Frenship Tiger Football.

In addition to full-time Texas Tech Baseball fandom, Keith is a fly fisherman, ’76 Bronco driver, Evie Mae's BBQ enthusiast, and Blue Light regular. Keith also spends much of his time volunteering in the Lubbock community on various boards and fundraising for organizations important to him like the American Cancer Society, Communities in Schools, and the United Way of Lubbock. Keith's wife Kristin is a teacher at Oak Ridge Elementary School in Frenship ISD. Their daughter Emerson (Emmie Kate) is in Kindergarten.
